Moroccan Briouat : see how easy to make it


Hello everyone , Today i'm gonna show you how to prepare your Moroccan briout with meet , this recipe has been written originally by : Samira el Mahi and all copyrights goes to her .


INGREDIENTS FOR FOUR PEOPLE
  • 200g minced beef   
  • 1 large potato   
  • 1 onion 
  • 15 fresh mint leaves 
  • salt pepper   
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin 
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 package of sheets of bricks 
  • oil for frying

TIME FOR PREPARATION : 35 MIN

1) Chop the onion, saute for 5 minutes in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Add the meat and seasoning. Cook for 5-8 minutes. Put everything in a bowl with potatoes (previously cooked in water) into small cubes. Chop mint and stir into the whole thing and the egg too.
2) Cut a sheet of pastry in half. Folded by bringing the round edge on the other. Then put a soup spoon stuffing on the left edge. Then take the left back it up, and the triangle bring it down, then up. Cut sheet if there is surplus. Cook in a hot oil base 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve immediately.
